Step 1

If you would like to sort the record by descending, the first thing you need to do is to open the Business menu and after that, open the Invoice and Estimate sub menu. Later, click the Create Estimate command.

Then, you have to open the Sort menu on the Estimate List window and click the Descending Order command.
