To sort the record by the birthday
Step 1
To sort the record by birthday, the first thing you have to do is to choose the Finance menu and then click the Address Book command.
Step 2
After that, open the Sort menu at the Address Book toolbar and click the Birthday command.
Step 3
Now, you will see that the record will follow the zip code to refresh.
